ANDREW GILLER

Position: President & Owner

Andy is a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and started his company over two decades ago, to teach small business owners how to take control of their finances.  A native of Hempstead, Long Island, and graduate of SUNY OSWEGO, Andy has called Rochester home since 1997.  Previously a resident and businessman in the big city, it is the family atmosphere and wonderful people that have kept Andy as part of the Rochester area for so long.  


Andy started Rocaccounting to help clients overcome the everyday obstacles that small business owners face.  With a love of numbers and the drive to achieve success with and for his clients, Andy has remained a fixture in Rochester's Business Community.  


Andy has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1994.  His career has consisted of:

  • 4 years in Public Accounting
  • 6 years Internal Audit with the State University of New York
  • 6 years as Division Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for a Fortune 500 company
  • More than 20 years consulting small businesses as a virtual CFO.  (Clients include 2002 SBA Small Business Person of the Year for all of New York State as well as 3 clients nominated for the 2010 Rochester top 100.)
